For World Mental Health Day I chose to spend it on a virtual round table talk with other women in business.
The impact of social media and the internet can be viewed as negative but what happens when we use it for social good? As the host of the round table here are the topics that I brought forth:

These topics opened up conversation to share additional resources, tips and impactful strategies that have helped spearhead growth in life, family and business in the most inspirational way.
